Hi everyone!
Timeless .95 or ATT Windsor SSRH. How do they compare? In blade feel, aggression and efficiency.
Which is more efficient?

I've never used the Chinese made ATT Windsor SSRH, but I did once own an American made ATT Atlas H1.
It was both more efficient and more aggressive than the Timeless Open Comb .95 Razor.  While it gave me a cleaner shave, it was harsher and more likely to nick myself with.  The Timeless was considerably smoother,
but less efficient, and inadequate for a one pass shave.  I no longer own either razor.

Timeless is smoother but the head is large making it difficult (not impossible)to get under the nose easily. ATT more nimble in that regard and overall a decent razor. Save yourself some time and money and check out Yates as even the mild head is smooth and efficient.

Just a clarification:
The Windsor SSRH is made in USA.

It was the Windsor Pro that was made in China.

I have both razors in question. The Timeless 95 is a tad smoother but less efficient than the SSRH for me. I prefer the Windsor over the Timeless as I like the efficiency, yet it's still very smooth with just a bit more blade feel. Also as stated the Windsor line is all USA made. The Windsor Pro is the only razor made in China.

Another vote for the SSRH. With the Atlas handle such a joy to use. Where the classic H plate used to exhibit a bit of chatter ATG, the new RH plate has completely done away with this. You should enjoy a bit of blade feel however.

Your Timeless .95 is OC, SB or Scalloped?

Well, I guess that knocks the Windsor off the list. I have the Ti95 scalloped too and I don't need more blade feel. I don't know understand why they don't publish the exposure because gap tells us nothing when comparing razors from different manufacturers.

Edit: hey Gdawg, fancy seeing you signup about the same time as I am. It's APB from B&B.
