Nice score!

I've tried Desmond's Barrow(Love it. Up to 5 tins), and Tallow+Steel(really like it), but haven't tried Midnight & Two. Good luck and enjoy!

Only one you're missing is Soapy Bathman. I hadn't heard of Midnight & Two. Hope if turns out to be a winner for you.

Midnight and Two was recommended to me by a user somewhere.

It was one of his top two soaps. For me, its definitely in the top 10. Excellent creamy lather. Excellent glide. Rinses clean. A fine product that doesn't dry my skin.

The scent I have is called The Study.

If I have a down mark, it would be that the container is a bit smallish. It is, however, nicely coated steel so no rust and not easily dented like Klar.

Will I buy it again? Probably...if I live long enough to use up the five or seven dozen products I have!

Great haul, Max. Desmond's Barrow gave me some irritation, so it unfortunately didn't stay in the den. But T+S Rainforest is one of my favorite soaps right now. I'm bummed that the scent will be discontinued. Thankfully it does seem like the tub will last a long time. I also have Midnight and Two "The Study", and am on the fence about the scent. Not unpleasant, but just a little bit odd. It may grow on me. Performance is excellent.. I agree, the container could be bigger, especially at it's price point.

I would also recommend First Canadian Shave soap and Henri et Victoria other great Canadian soaps

Midnight & Two is excellent. Talliw & Steel WAS my all time favorite soap, WAS a hard soap . I love Hard soaps. Anlot of the reason why is every artisan out just seems to make sif and softer soaps. Midnight & Two is like a really dense cream.

The owners of Talliw & Steel have reformulated . They did it to make more money ( can't blame them, it is a business) and because they think most people want softer soaps. So now they will go for the Unrivaled KING of Hard Shave soaps , and IMHO all soaps, to competing with 100 other guys with the same type of product. It saddens me, but at least I still has OSP.

Agreed, not enough artisan hard soaps. They go fast for the cost. I really like the new CRSW Premium (now called Select) but the soap is too soft.
