Thank you! I am really intrigued by the wedge razors. Honing the blades is pretty fun too

And they shave great! And with a totally different feel during the shave. The real shave is felt 15-20 minutes after the shave, after the hair follicles recede. I only have one, a Rolls, but the maintenance got to me. I just don't have the time for it. But a shave with a SEvette is close in technique required but with no maintenance.

Yes, there is maintenance with the Rolls. I can still remember the clickety-clack, clickety-clack sound every morning long ago. Much easier for me to use the mmoc.

I'd love to give a rolls a go someday. Just don't have any experience honing or stropping for that matter

Well that's the good thing about the Rolls. You don't need any experience stropping and honing. All you have to do is move the handle back and forth, sliding the blade across either the stone side or leather side. It flips the blade automatically when you start going the other direction.

I have heard that the system does not hone properly, and is only okay for stropping. And that is with a mint system. But what do I know lol
