The NEW Black Mamba

I was looking forward to the release of the Black Mamba, but if it bends the blade like the Baby Smooth, I think I'm gong to pass. I don't seem to get along with razors that bend the blade the way the Baby Smooth does. It is not very smooth for me.

Also, if I look at the Instagram post that Nuki Man mentioned, we may have to stop calling the new one Black Mamba, as the prototype has the polished titanium Halo handle, and the razor head is a basic steel color. In said post, Joe just referred to is as the Mamba.

Joe also mentioned something in the comments of that picture that would lead to think that the price of this iteration will be lower than the previous.

There is another shot of an all stainless steel (316L) Mamba on Instagram today. The pics of the new Mamba look great, and it has a slight variation on the Halo handle. I'll be picking this one up for sure.

There is another shot of an all stainless steel (316L) Mamba on Instagram today.

Indeed, it seems as if the final product will have a stainless steel handle to go with the milled 316L head.

I believe it is the etching on the underside of the base plate.

This was posted a few hours ago on Instagram. In the comments below the picture: “Geometry is the same, but we’ve improved the design and build.” Also, the numbers on the base plates are indeed serial numbers.

I wonder what the price is going to be.
