Just got this in today. A limited run by AoS to commemorate the soon to be released movie. A nice, robust bourbon scented cream that I can't wait to try out. Got myself geared up for tomorrow mornings shave. Also it's my first purchase of any kind of products from AoS. Anyone try this or any of their other creams?

Had my first run with it this morning and the performance was very impressive. Excellent lather with good slickness and protection. The scent was good, not over the top but enough to get a nice aroma while your lathering and painting it on. A little goes a real long way. A bit on the pricey side, but you get 5oz's and with the small amount needed for building a great lather it should last quite a while. It's a keeper and in my rotation for sure.

AoS creams are good stuff. The 'specialty' scents are rarely on sale but 3-4 time a year you can get the normal scents for around $16 a tub, and that's not bad at all.

Cheers, Steve

Here's the ingredient list:

Water/Aqua, Palmitic Acid, Myristic Acid, Stearic Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Coconut Acid, Glycerin, Triethanolamine, Sodium Hydroxide, Lauric Acid, Propylene Glycol, Tetrasodium Edta, Disodium Edta, Phenoxyethanol, Methylisothiazolinone

It's pretty much like most of the British creams, ingredients-wise but it does include Palmitic Acid (slightly lower chain fatty acid) and Lauric Acid another fatty acid known for it's lathering abilities but can be a bit harsh in too large a quantity. Looks good, Gus!

Saving through Spending
I have don't a tub yet but I plan on getting one next time I am a town over that has an AOS store in their mall. I've smelled it and it is by far my favorite scent of any AOS cream/soap.

AoS creams are among the best creams available. I enjoy all of the scents save Kingsman. Had too much of a Deep Woods Off vibe to it for me.

Their Sandalwood and Oud. Both fantastic scents and lathers.

I've got the whole Bourban and Amber line and I got the cologne as well and it gets a lot of attention with the ladies I work with. They said it's a very masculine aroma and they always say you smell really good today when I use the collection. The Oud and Sandalwood are all good winter scents as well and IMO their lavender is up there with B&M which like the AOS Lavender is just that JUST PLAIN LAVENDER  essential oils and just the way I like it.
Gus try the cologne I it kicks the experience up a notch. Happy2
