L&L, Jabonman's premium tallow &, of course, Mike's are imo the top 3 non commercial soap makers out there today.

L&L's that good!

So, we're veering into TOP 3 territory now?  Alright then...Big Grin

I concur with L&L in there, I've never tried Jabonman so can't comment and I'd put Mike's in my top 5, maybe in the 4 slot behind, L&L, B&M and T+S in no particular order.

As I said, I haven't tried them all....yet.  But really, the soap being made today is all just so good that the separation between them is just a matter of degrees, and often based subjective preference.

Tried all of those above... The L&L Marshlands and Mike's Vetiver are my favorite. Impatiently waiting for the limited MDC Vetiver to arrive...

I was talking soaps generally but if its vetiver soaps, then yes, Mike's is top 3 with L&L and Salter. T+S doesn't have a vetiver yet. Sooner or later, everyone does a vetiver.

Another Eufros fan here, but I just got some Mike's that I'll be trying shortly.
I haven't true L&L's version (though I have their soap in different scents that I really enjoy)

I was thinking my personal all around Top 3 so, all of them. Its another matter altogether to breakdown my favourite B&M soaps. I tried on the B&M thread recently and concluded that my favourite B& soap is the one I'm using at the time closely followed by all of the rest of them.
