I like the scent of Tabac quite a bit and it does make a great lather. However, I found it dried out my skin too much and didn't have that residual slickness between passes that I like. Decent soap but not a "must have" for me. I hope you all enjoy yours though!

I am actually not keen on the scent and even more importantly my wife really dislikes it.

I break it out once a year or so to see if one or both of us has changed their mind. So far no dice...

I may have to give it a whirl tomorrow for my annual though

Kevin, I hear you. I'm ok with the soap during my shave but I don't own/use the aftershave. I really enjoy the shave but I don't wish to carry it on throughout the day. Its a classic fragrance, however, and those who do rock it throughout the day, do so with style
