I can`t rememeber the vendor but I recall seeing some plastic containers with lid for pucks of soap. I find myself using pucks a little more often. These were plastic with nice lid that fit on it.

Any more ideas greatly appreciated!

Maggard has some good options:

The PETG jars are really nice and feel "sturdy" in hand. But the "used" jars is also a great option as there is usually enough soap left in the jar for 1-2 shaves.

I have been using Pyrex and/or Anchor Hocking heavy duty glass with lids for years.  A pack of three costs about $8 at Walmart.
