Here is the small flat rate box free from the Post Office. I think but not sure two razors with cases would fit for shipping. These boxes use a flat rate up to 70 lbs and come with $50 insurance. Additional insurance might cost up to $4.00 . Remember insurance covers lost package. It does not insure  the receiver. So if something happens you must put in a claim with the Post Office and wait several months for payment. I strongly recommend opening an account online with the Post Office. You will get a shipping discount printing your own label. That service is called "ship and click" . I have been using for years with little problem. One other note about ship and click you can only use it for Priority Mail or Express Mail. It does not work for First Class packages.

That’s the one I use for everything and it is always in stock at the post office. I keep a stack of them on hand.

The Bubble mailer is the same price, carries the same insurance which no doubt should be upped and has more room. I don't understand the problem. Rod explained how he shipped it and how he would like it done. Period. Doing as we are asked and instructed is the price of admission. I have no problem with how the owner of the razors instructed.......He also already stated they won't fit in the small flat rate box.

Rod only suggested a bubble mailer. I only made this suggestion because I think a box ( Postal or otherwise) is stronger and more secure. I recently had a handle and stand shipped to me in a bubble mailer and it was sliced open and the contents stolen. Since it was sent to me registered mail I refused the empty mailer and it was returned to the sender. Since this razor is only a try out and not mine I would forward it to the next member in the most secure and insured manner.

I believe if you look back Rod said they are in a box that is to be put into the mailer. Not just the mailer

Please do not under any circumstances ship it in anything but that box inside the priority bubble mailer. There is no automatic insurance for a first class package, and in my experience with literally 10s of thousands of packages shipped, priority mail is far more reliable than first class mail.

The razors shipped to Hdad this morning. Each of the two razors has a leather case. The standard head is on the Austin Handle, and the Hyper-Aggressive head is on the Fort Worth handle (or was it the Dallas? It's one of those two). You can tell which base plate you are using by the engraving on the bottom. HA and ST will begin the serial numbers. I've put a laminated set of instructions for sending it on to the next person to prevent damage to the razors and cases. Please keep the box that is inside the flat rate bubble mailer to use when you send it on. All you'll need to do is reseal the box and put it inside a new USPS priority mail bubble mailer, which are free at any post office. Please do not under any circumstances ship it in anything but that box inside the priority bubble mailer. There is no automatic insurance for a first class package, and in my experience with literally 10s of thousands of packages shipped, priority mail is far more reliable than first class mail.

Here's the most recent pass around list. As per the usual pass around rules, keep the razor for about a week and send it off to the next person in line. Once you're done with the razor, please share your feedback - whether good or bad - in this thread.

Also, as ezlovan has requested, when shipping the razor to the next person, please repackage the razors and cases in the box provided from Rod and mail it out in a priority mail flat rate padded envelope. If you're in an area where these flat rate padded envelopes are readily available at your local USPS, please considering throwing 1 in the package you ship out for the next person in line.
