I tried Stirling HA at weekend.
I got two shaves. Used Stirling Satsuma Soap & AS and Wizamet Blades.
I had two pass (WTG - ATG) shave.
I compared the razor with WR2 1.55 SB.

The Stirling razors come with very high quality leather bags. Really like them.

HA:
Weight is 99.2 grams. (My favorite weight between 70 - 100 grams)
Even the razor has a bit thicker head, the weight is well balanced with his handle design. (Weight center close to the center of handle)
Well polished, I can easily see my reflection.
It has unique head and handle design. (Love design)

The blade gap is higher than Wolfman WR2 1.55. (Probably around 1.6 - 1.7 mm)

Shave review and comparison with Wolfman:
HA holds the blade less curved, so I had to shave with shallower angle than WR2 as recommended by other members.
When I used shallower angle, I got less feeling of the safety bar, and needed to be more careful in order not to get any nicks or cuts.
HA looks more blade forward, blade feeling is higher than WR2.
Both razors are super efficient, easy to get BBS shave.
If you are already a fan of Ikon Tech or R41 like me, I think you really like HA. It is a great razor.

When I used narrower angle, I got less feeling of the safety bar, and needed to be more careful in order not to get any nicks or cuts.

Thanks for the review. Just one clarification question. I’m familiar with the shaving angle being described in terms of steep (riding the bar; handle parallel to the face) and shallow (riding the cap; handle perpendicular to the face). When you refer to a narrower angle, I assume that’s the same as shallower, with the handle more perpendicular to your face....is that right?  Thanks!

Yes, I should have written shallow rather than narrow. I have updated. Thanks..

No worries. I just wanted to be sure I understood what you were saying. Especially since I’m next up to get the razors! Thanks again for the clarification.

I got my last shave with ST vs. Paradigm DB. I used Otium soap and Wizamet blades, too.
ST is a bit more efficient, considerable more blade feeling than DB.
ST character is more close to Blackland Blackbird. It weighs around 90 grams.
It is not a mild razor. You can call it between mid-aggressive and aggressive.
Both Stirling razors are pretty efficient and they have high blade feelings. I like them both.
The razors have been already sterilized, USPS has just picked them, and the package is on the way to next member.

Here's the most recent pass around list. As per the usual pass around rules, keep the razor for about a week and send it off to the next person in line. Once you're done with the razor, please share your feedback - whether good or bad - in this thread.

Also, as requested by Rod (ezlovan), please put the razors and cases in the provided box and ship the razors off to the next person in a priority mail flat rate padded envelope ONLY!!

**Please soak/spray the entire razor in alcohol or something similar before shipping it out and upon receiving it to reduce any virus risks!**

Has anyone compared the razor to the Rockwell 6s?
