Great find Slantman! That razor looks fantastic! Now for the real question... how much Smile

Nice find and good looking razor. Does anyone know if it is cheaper to manufacture a head when you load the baseplate instead of the top cap? Wolfman did it with the gorilla and RR does it with a lot of its heads.

Nice! I'm more of an open comb guy. Any thoughts on doing an open comb version?

It looks interesting. I like that they’re doing 2 baseplate options to start. I wonder when they’re coming out.

Per Stirling Soap on Instagram. The razors will go on sale late summer early fall. No price mentioned.

Very interesting looking razor. The head seem to take design elements from the Maggard v3a/RR Mentor, but of course if it is stainless steel, the shave qualities should be better. The past three newly announced razors all had ugly/questionable handle designs. This handle looks much nicer, however with the long neck, I can see where folks that like to choke the razor may have problems. Still, one to watch out for. I never understood the designs where the blade is placed on the base plate and the top cap need to be pushed down while screwing the handle on. I know three of my favorite razors are designed this way, but it doesn't make it easy to load a blade (as could be seen in the video).

Putting the blade on the baseplate isn't any more difficult IMO
