I love your bowls - I'm always on the lookout for cheap bowls and containers that can be re-purposed for shaving soap or lathering bowls.
I found this handy little mini box grater in a kitchen store. I'm not sure if its supposed to hang from a foodists rearview mirror or if its intended for grating stuff like whole nutmeg but it works great for grating hard soap pucks down to size for re-purposed containers. The shavings you just sprinkle on top and you're good to go. Here is a picture next to my Semogue Owners Club boar brush - either the box grater is small or its a giant brush!!
