Timeless head if bought on their web site as a scratch and dent is $110 and Tibam Handles will run about $45-$60.  Razor and choice of handle is $120 + $5 shipping. If you want both handles then it is $150 and free shipping.

There is no Timeless handle in the pic. The handle attached to the razor (and the one on the right in the other pictures) is the Tibam Norsborg handle. It kind of resembles the Timeless Pineapple handle though.

My bad. I guess I was thinking of the bamboo handle from Razorock (below). The one you have looks to me more like the Timeless Pineapple handle...at least the knurling. GLWTS!
