Sold Gillette UK 1949 Aristocrat #22 Cased Set (Brit Pat. 430030)

As I have moved over to modern day razors, some rare fish have to be released
back into the wild.

This is a flawless razor, both in terms of cosmetics and mechanics. Door alignment
and TTO mechanism is smooth and perfect. I believe it to be identical to the razor found
in the #16 set, although this one seems rarer by virtue of its casing.

The plating is rhodium and original, and it is capable of delivering a very efficient, smooth
and comfortable daily shave.

It looks like this on Mr Razor's website although the one I have is in better condition.

I'd love to shill this razor even more, but it doesn't need my help...just
search for reviews on Gillette #16 ....this looks, weighs and shaves exactly the same.

The razor is now sold.
