Charcoal Goods Razor with Wood Case

Gen 1.  Antique Brass.  Baseplate is Level 2.  Hammered handle.

As I am no longer wetshaving (not my choice), I am letting go of most of my gear.

This no-longer-produced razor needs to go to someone who will appreciate it as I have.  It's a beautiful piece.

Someone suggested using diluted RinseAid to remove any dried-on soap.  I did that.  Wrong choice.  The solution removed part of the patina from the baseplate.

I'm out of touch with the value of this razor and searching is of little help.  I think $495 is a fair price.  That includes PayPal's G&S fee.  Shipping charges are additional depending on the buyer's location and choice of method.

I'll be listing more razors, blades,  and some brushes as time and energy allow.
