Well I have a bottle of juniper berry (juniperus communis) which is the extraction of the fruit peel. It smells like medium strength, green or floral, sweet note, maybe a bit citrus like. I have another bottle of California Sierra Mountain Juniper (juniperus grandis) which smells less sweet, more strong and fresh, like outdoorsy in high elevation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8npS1QJzXHw

I don't know if it helps but all the notes you mentioned would be perfect to mix with juniper. Be aware that juniper is something that some people can have skin reactions to.

My vote would be Captains Choice North, it has a strong juniper scent and is highly underrated for how nice the performance is.

The US based spanish food importer La Tienda once sold a Juniper aftershave that would make an ideal pairing. Sadly, they no longer do and my inquiry was replied by someone who had no idea what I was talking about. Nancy Sinatra gifted it to her dad one Christmas and it became his favorite.

Caties Bubbles is coming out with a new soap 'Pine Barrens' on Wednesday, scent profile is Juniper Berry, Cypress, Haitian Vetiver & Sandalwood. This sounds like it may fit the bill!
