I finally took a soap sample out of the drawer.

I absolutely love the scent of this one. Turtleship Te Java.

It reminds me of Mike's Natural performance wise. It's softer by far but not as soft as L&L. The scent is just really interesting and somehow different and familiar to me. Probably not going to be at the intensity some prefer. It hardly carried past towel drying for me. During the shave it was very nice.

Thanks for sharing your impressions of Te Java, bakerbarber. This is one of many soaps on my “want-to-try” list, especially in the Te Java scent (although all of Turtleship Shave Company’s scents sound like good ones). If the performance is similar to Mike’s, well — that’s just great news in my book. Smile
