I have to chime in, too.  I've made several orders to Soap Commander and every one was perfect, except one.  And, even that problem was corrected in short order.  I had received the order on a Friday and didn't have the chance to open it until well after normal business hours.  I sent an email to Soap Commander with my complaint and honestly didn't expect any reply until Monday.  Boy, was I wrong!  Darren answered my email within an hour(this is about 21:00 EST, now) with a resolution to my complaint that went over and beyond what I had any reason to expect.  

Above and beyond outstanding customer service! Great products and even better people at Soap Commander.

I'm going to bump this. Soap Commander has one of the finest customer service operations around. I always considered Maggards to be the elite of the group but Soap Commander is right up there. Communications is constant and I find their balms excellent.

About half a year ago, their boy had an accident. Is he ok now? Do we know anything about his condition?
