Many good soaps out there. I think MdC is the slickest.

Any well-made soap properly hydrated while generating your lather will be very slick.

Lathered up with Reserve Cool today and it is the only soap which appears to generate a stringy slimy kind of texture.
I assume that equates to slick. Great soap, needs a lot of water to get it going.

Most well-made tallow soaps will do this as well, if I understand what you are describing.
Mystic Water, Shannon's, Mike, Grooming Dept, etc., all exhibit these characteristics if loading sufficient soap and hydrating it properly.
I apologize, in advance, if I am misunderstanding your description.  Shy

I’m not sure I see the connection.

Surprisingly for me it's a tub of Dr. Harris Almond that seems to be my slickest soap. Is it one of my best soaps? Not even close but it sure is slick. Another I'd have to mention when it comes to slickness is Mystic Water. I have several of Michele's soaps and they are all super slick and one of the best post shaves out there IMHO

I am a fan of Talbot, GD, DG Ikarus, B&M Excelsior, WK Bufala, but I must admit that the AOS Shaving Creme (Oud in particular) turns out to be the slickest for me

I suspect it's technique dependent as well as how you like your lather, but for how I like mine I have yet to find something that betters B&M reserve (including excelsior, which I think is just about equally fantastic).
