I ordered blades from RBC on May 26th.  They were posted on June 3rd from Germany.  The USPS is now saying that all mail and packages from Europe are being shipped by boat, and what used to take 7 to 10 days may take 6 to 8 weeks!  This is due to very few international flights being flown from Europe to the USA, due to the Covid19 crisis.

Be advised: When ordering anything from outside the US or Canada, the wait time could be months, not days.  I have 10 years worth of blades, so my RBC order is not an issue.
I will report back, when I receive the blades.

I suspect that many vendors may have long waits to replenish their supplies (Russian Blades, UK Soaps, etc.) or get materials to manufacture their products.

Has anyone received their recent overseas orders, and if so, how long did it take to arrive?

I received a shipment from Germany.  About ten days.  A deal from Japan just cratered.  Seller said he could ship to U.S., without checking first.  Don’t trust sellers to be accurate!  Mail from Japan to U.S. has been  “temporarily” suspended, since at least the end of May, well before his listing.  No telling for how long.

I'm waiting for a package shipped from Spain 20 May to my address in the UK and the package has been stuck in Madrid for weeks. It hasn't even left Spain yet Sad
I sent a package to the US and it shows it departed Chicago weeks ago but nothing on the tracking since.
**Edit** Package from Spain was delivered to my house on 15 June. The package sent to the US was delivered to the US address 17 June.

I've placed several orders, and received all but one, in the past 3 months but from the U.K. None from the continent***. Those orders were received within a range of 27 to 34 days.

Most recently, I placed two small orders with Connaught (using their cheap, untracked shipping). 1st order shipped May 27, 2nd order shipped May 29. I received the 2nd order on June 9; still have not received the 1st order. I'm guessing it's about timing luck -- 2nd order just happened to catch an immediate transport flight while the 1st order might still be languishing somewhere, waiting.

***some Euro vendors/artisans are opting to not ship to the US for the foreseeable future due to significant delays. I recently tried to register a new account at Your Shaving (Spain). It is not even possible to add a U.S. address at this point. I had an email exchange with Jose, who runs the site, and he apologized, but said he was previously spending so much of his time dealing with upset U.S. customers due to long shipping times that is was just taking up too much of his time proportionate to his sales volume. I do not blame him a bit.

Likewise, I know a guy on another forum received a message from Daisho (artisan soap-maker) who likewise advised they won't ship to the U.S. for the same reasons cited by Jose of Your Shaving.

I ordered a couple of jars of MdC from France - got them about 12 days after the product was shipped.

It's a two way street, unfortunately. There are long delays also from the USA to the UK and EU.
I had an order shipped from LA on the 23rd April and it sat in the LA distribution centre for a full month. It then went to Chicago and on to the UK, rather than a direct route. I also believe that shipments from Maggard Razors to Europe via Chicago are taking as many weeks to arrive as they usually take number of days. Solely down to limited flights and capacity.

An order from Connaught took about 3 weeks...which is the timeframe they had stated on the website.

I had an order from The English Shave Co in late March which only took about a week. The difference between the two was likely due to the timing of the orders.

I am waiting over 6 weeks for a mere letter from Ireland with some blades in it!! I also have 100 blades on order from China for 5 weeks and they are still there in country per tracking.  Sad

Is this the present situation (June) you are mentioning or was it in the previous months. June onwards things have started to look up imo. I need some stuff from USA to be sent over to India but I am not sure if this is the right time....
