What shipping method of shipping did they send your handles from Russia? I was quoted $35 for a faster shipping method from Russia (by Yazon87), versus his normal shipping fee. Due to Covid19, he could not assure me that the extra postage would ensure a faster time. My Razor Blades Club shipment from Germany took 4 weeks. I figured that it could be months from Russia, even with paying a higher cost for shipping. Yazon87 had to stop his Ebay account due to 50 lost orders, which also kind of spooked me. Either things are improving or you got lucky!
Envelope is marked "Russian Post," and "Par Avion" and was delivered with a tracking number into my home mail box by a US Postal carrier so I assume it was normal mail. It did have 690 rubles of stamps -- at 014 to the USD that is $9,40 in postage.
I will note that the only problems I have every had with shipping international goods has been with express freight companies -- DHL in particular. I once had an IBM Seletric III (a very expensive typewriter in 1992) show up banded to a pallet containing parts for 360 foot-tonne pile hammer at a Korean construction site. The DHL label on the typewriter clearly stated that it was supposed to be in Singapore. Tried to get the local DHL freight forwarded to pick it up for correct delivery for over six weeks. He eventually got tired of my complaining and picked the box up out of my office only to carry it down the hall where he gave it to my secretary.
