Ok, you didn't say that, so I won't call you when I'm in customs jail for having a injector razor, missing my flight. 
    I'll probably just continue to pack the blades in my check in baggage with the razor in carry on.

No they aren't. They are still loaded with a blade that can be used as a weapon in a worst case scenario. Out of the loading key it's still a sharp box cutter type blade.
