I just received an email from a horsey friend visiting Australia. She informed me that yes, I was correct and water drains clockwise in the Southern Hemisphere. Oh good, I was worried. She is convinced there is surviving stock of the legendary Walers. I told her there is no way of knowing, all the men who knew them are gone and even her Quarterhorse isn't the same 18th century colonial racing pony. Then my mother voiced her displeasure over breakfast.I bought white eggs and of course brown are superior. I held my tongue and again wondered why I bothered with a AA in agriculture to use up my G.I. bill?
So I thought about shaving culture and our own folklore and debates; hanging brushes or setting on the handle base, White Mountain badgers smuggled
across the Russian border by mink hatted Boris for a flight to Moscow and beyond via government Badger bomber. Removing, drying and flipping razor blades? Magnets and pyramids to prolong sharpness? Do you realign the product logos like Mr Monk and if so in a cardinal direction or facing your favorite city? Do you make lather counter widdershins to rebel against the trauma of private church school?
Let's hear it.
