Shaving Cream Questions

Does anyone know if Ralph Lauren ever made Safari shaving cream? (I know they made Chaps foam in a can, but I don't know of any creams in a tube or jar.)
Has there ever been a Mitchell's Wool Fat shaving cream?
Has Roger & Gallet made a L'Homme shaving cream?
Has there ever been a Williams shaving cream?

Unfortunately, the only cream they list is Ice Blue, which doesn't interest me. But thanks.
Actually, I had forgotten that I once had a tube of the regular Williams shaving cream. I can't remember what I did with it.

I had a tube (all used up now) that I ordered from an English on-line store.  However, when I complained about their ridiculous shipping charge, they did lower that for me.  The cream, by the way, is very nice.
