Seeking Somebody to Handle the Financial Needs PIF

Everything is boxed and spreadsheets created for donation tracking and distribution to date.  Will send a parcel post box filled with coded boxes.  Not hard to undertake - the real work was in cataloging.  Just need to pass this on.

I’m not too bright Dan. What sort if skills does this person need to possess and what kind of duty would be required to do a good job?

Post around the various fora stating there is software and hardware available, solicit and communicate with donors, solicit and communicate with recipients.

My perspective is to accept anybody wanting help without too much proof and even then found many dropping out because fearing exposure of needing help but the call is yours as to screening

Have promised recipients their names and info would never be exposed and insist that continue. Also probably a good idea to privately track and retain donors too as we have their personal info. BUT it important to keep records because can assure you, at some point people will make even this endeavour a personal hell. Having records assures all above board

That and either be willing to pay shipping to get the pkgs out to recipients or solicit donations to cover it. Costs about $7/shipment to recipients, sometimes more depending on what they choose. My take has been to screen what they like re brands, frags, alergies&c rather than open the store so all the most expensive items are taken without regard to need - can guarantee that will happen otherwise but your call. Run it well or run it in the ground - choice is yours
