Sebum Lime Soap and Serum!

Gents,

The best way to describe Sebum Lime Soap is that is smells every bit as good as Castle Forbes Lime...the two are almost identical in scent.

However, the performance of the Sebum Lime Soap far surpasses the Castle Forbes Lime Cream.

This is the second best soap I have used behind Tonka.

The serum is light, and at the top of the pyramid as well!

Wow I’m Impressed since Castle Forbes is super good cream definitely one of the top shelf products when it comes to performance.
On the other hand I have owned Gold, Green, purple and blue (currently have blue and purple ) can’t make it work as well as per say Castle Forbes, I’m even considering buying a synthetic brush to see if the process works better.

Yes...Castle Forbes is awesome stuff!  However, when realizing its full potential Sebum Lime is better!

They both smell wonderful...almost exactly the same...but after that it’s like comparing a Cadillac Deville to a Mercedes Benz S600.  They are both awesome luxury cars, but one definitely stands out more.

Side note...Sebum Soaps are different, and they behave differently.  They cannot handle a lot of water up front, and it needs to be added slowly and incrementally in small doses throughout the lathering process.  I add 1ml of distilled water at a time with a syringe.

Nice-looking lather.

I'm not a huge fan of the scent of Castle Forbes lime. I know it uses real lime essential oil, but for some reason there is an undertone of shoe polish in it to my nose.
Best lime scented product I've ever used is Mystic Water lime. It has lime essential oil and May Chang essential oil. Smells like fresh lime with lime zest. Scent strength is perfect and lasts through the entire puck.

Like Sebum, Mystic Water works best if it is loaded relatively dry and has water added bit by bit and fully incorporated before each new addition of water.

I might have to try the Mystic Lime...I love lime fragrances!
