Santa brought me a Varlet Mega

Just got this beautiful brush for Christmas I gave it a couple of Shampoos as recommended and lathered it up for my Christmas shave. Very soft tips with good backbone. I loaded it up and did a Face Lather. Even though it is 29mm it was easy to control and had a very soft feel with good splay but not too much. These brushes are hand lathed and hand tied in California by Aldo Siu. I have not seen much written on his brushes but first impressions I would put this with my Declarations and Lee Sabini “Rooney” knots as far as quality and the density is perfect. Anyone else have experience with these brushes?

I don’t have any experience with them, but I would love to get a hold of a Varlet Brush someday. Congratulations on the beautiful Christmas gift!
