Anyone have a suggestion for a sandalwood soap that smells close or just like Duke Cannon Beer Soap? The scent is intoxicating... I'd love to find a shave variety of this scent.

This is my first go with the Janus base with the addition of lanolin. Citric was my top soap for a long time and I thought the Janus base was tops out there. But, the simple addition of lanolin has taken this thing to another level. I keep thinking that soaps can’t get any better, and I keep eating my words

. Scent on this changes so much when lathered. When dry, it’s a very sharp, dry sandalwood with strong notes of scotch, bourbon and oud. Once lathered it opens up with a creamy sweet smoothness that’s plain old awesome. A winner in every metric.

The best I can find is 'woodsy Sandalwood', accusing to their description. Wish I had a knack for picking out scents, but I'm really not great at it. Also doesn't help that sandalwood comes in so many varieties and interpretations.

I have the duke cannon sandalwood & Amber underarm deodorant. This one is also very intoxicating. It’s spicy, woody, masculine. Love it!!
