An amazing come-from-behind victory in the Kentucky Derby by Rich Strike, who only got into the race a few days ago when another horse scratched. I love it.

I watched a few more clips of the race. I think it’s interesting that as Rich Strike is gaining on the leader he’s looking at the horse and not forward down track. Race horses are so competitive, they love to race and they love to win. And they want to make eye contact with the horse they’re beating. Big Grin
