Noble Otter, and Tallow and Steel for sure... also the new formulations by First Canadian are absolutely stellar.

Talbot
Noble Otter
Ballenclaugh Soaps
West of Olympia
Shhh..... we cant let the secret of Ballenclaugh soaps out to the public. Just kidding, B&C is a criminally underrated artisan. Excellent ingredients, logo, and scents that are about as unique as B&M. The lather this stuff is capable of is ridiculous, one of my top 5 soaps (out of close to 300 soaps I have tried).

I agree that some of these soaps might be better than what you have tried before, but do you see a change in shave quality? An increase in overall enjoyment?
Sourav,
I absolutely see a difference in shave quality. I would start with Wholly Kaw and their Donkey Milk/Tallow formula. It is without a shadow of a doubt, the most incredible shaving soap I've ever tried. The lather is out of this world, its bullet-proof, its slicker by far than anything I've ever used, and I've gotten the closest most comfortable shaves of my life with these soaps. Unreal. I'm buying more. So far tried a few samples, bought a full puck of Man from Mayfair and I've got two more samples coming (Project Leather/Merchant of Tobacco). I'm probably also going to replenish my vegan version of Fougere Bouquet with the new formula as well.
Declaration Grooming is fantastic. Second only to Wholly Kaw to me. Nice scents, and very slick performing soap, slicker than anything I owned prior to acquiring it. Its a different kind of a lather but unreal as far as its performance. More samples are coming of this, after purchasing a full puck of Cuir Et Spices. I would have purchases After the Rain and Bandwagon but the former of these gave me major irritation and the latter gave me minor irritation. Not the fault of the vendor, just a fragrance allergy.
Grooming Department has some really nice scents. I'm still trying to work out the performance of these right now and I think I need to play with the lather a bit more. They perform well, but not like Wholly Kaw which its being compared to. I think I'm just very new to the soap and need some more shaves and practice with it. Especially since I have three bases I'm working with from samples (Mallard, Beef Tallow, Vegan). So far the vegan is performing beautifully though, really amazing for a vegan soap. As of right now, I do not own any full pucks of Grooming Department as I'm still in the testing phase. I love Kulfi and Neroli di Bois.
Can't wait for you guys to see what Peter Scritchnscrub has in store for you guys with Desmond's Barrow.
I really hope Peter can bring it back to market.

Some inside information on that? I didn't try its first iteration. Has he changed formula or something? Whats new with it?
Let me add another question and vendor to this thread. What do you all think about Eufros soap? I wasn't interested in it before when it was shipped overseas but seeing that West Coast shaving carries it I was thinking of trying it. Now, it is more expensive than Declaration Grooming, Wholly Kaw and Grooming Department, as well as Tallow and Steel. Do you all that own these soaps think that Eufros performs up to those vendors I mentioned? Just want to make sure I'm not missing out on another fantastic performing soap out there.

His pricing is high because of the cost to get into the States. There were a few group buys to try and ease the shipping cost issues.
They go on sale in the BST every few weeks. May be able to get one cheaper there.

My point was that not being a US artisan shipping soaps adds on dollars to their stuff or they would have no margin. If you are saying his stuff is $31 in Spain that may be tough to eat.
