On a more serious note ... Another vote for Lisa’s soaps. I’m so over-soaped, I have to sit on my hands after reading this thread, and being reminded of how much I enjoy her work.

Gingers Garden does custom scents, perhaps she can reproduce it.

Look's like Lisa's is out of the Orange Patchouli at the moment. At least it's not showing up in full tubs. It does seem to be available in a sample size though. I may try a couple. The OP and maybe the Sheep Milk, Gentleman's Lavender. Anyone know what her Immortelle Woods smells like?

You forgot something BP.  I’m not sure if it was modesty or a good imagination, but either way, don’t underrate yourself.  Wink

Thanks, but having spoken with Ms. Lisa in the past I can assure everyone she has her finger on the "pulse" of this fickle market.

Yes, yes I do.  It reminds me of the highest elevations I worked in the Coast Range of the most northern reaches of California's forest lands.  Places only the local tribes folk had been, home of the rare and endemic Brewer Spruce.  Standing on the knife-edge ridges and looking west one could see the expanse of the mighty Pacific Ocean in the distance.  THAT my friend is the scent.

But you must sign up for The Box delivered to your door to try it free gratis.  LOL!  3rd column 2nd row.

My tub of Lisa's Artisan Orange Patchouli arrived yesterday and today I used it for the first time. It would be redundant for me to state simply how good I think her soap is. It has everything:  superb scent, glide, cushion, latherability. It simply ticks all my boxes. You can really sense the quality in her creations + she is an artisan who cares about us crazy ol' coots.  Blush  Wink

I want to publicly acknowledge her patience in explaining to me some of the science involved in the process of making shaving soap. She educated this ol' geezer.  Angel
