Go ahead and give it a try! It is an excellent shaving soap and you should get many shaves from the puck, since it is very hard. I understand that you might be hesitant due to it no longer being in production, but you could probably find another fairly easily by posting a "WTB" on the BST. Valobra (who made the soap for AOS) still makes triple milled tallow shaving soap with their own brand as well as branded for Czech & Speake. Good luck and enjoy!
