I've used this quite a bit. IMO
Scent Strength
Blu > Verde > Rossa not only in scent strength but IMO in scent itself. However, the scents compliment the seasons with Blu for the Winter, Rossa both Spring and Fall, and Verde the summertime scent. I don't get Rossa being a strong scent. It's barely noticeable.
One thing I have noticed with Rossa, which I am currently using, is that with a scuttle the scent does come a bit stronger than without a scuttle. This is the reverse of everything else I notice in that heat tends to dissipate scent strength. As to scent being left on the brush, well I find that happens with most woody scents, they leave a trace of scent.
Lather Quality
I concur that the lather is a bit fragile. Its not a rich, plush lather like ADP, C&S, ABC, or SMN. This is hard to describe but the lather is different.
Amount of soap used
I assume a lot of youtube videos making lather are for show. I see a lot of wasted lather. 15 seconds of swirls. Done. Plenty of lather. This is with a 28mm knot. Its trivial to lather
Lack of refills
This is a BIG problem. I will be hard pressed to justify dropping another $60 or whatever the EU to $ exchange rate turns out to be. If I can get a C&S refill for $31 on Amazon, that will last just as long and of near or equal quality, spending $29 for another ceramic crock simply isn't worth it to me.
Crock Quality
I like them and will reuse them for refills from another company if it comes to that but they are slippery and you must be careful. I wouldn't want to drop one.
Performance
Mystic has almost as good after shave feel for a small fraction of the price. One thing I've noticed is that residual slickness is not as good as I would like. Others are better. But overall, absolutely a top 5 product.
IMO, sell some refills or I will be hard pressed to justify buying more crocks.

after sampling it on the passaroubd i just can't justify the price. The rossa was a great scent but the performance didn't do anything to wow me up to the price point for the soap. I still think it's a great product and if you have the funds to burn i'd go for it but for me i'll stick to the DFS pure2o which is more up my ally though i could really go for one of those beautiful ceramic dishes.
I have both Blu and Rossa, and have been using them quite a bit recently. I actually used Blu today, Rossa yesterday. Honestly? They are nice soaps, no doubt about it. I LOVE the scent strength on them, and in fact its my favorite quality of the soaps.
That's where it ends for me. The Nuavias do not outperform any of my tallow soaps and only barely outperform my veggie soaps (they don't outperform Wholly Kaw). Nuavia is relatively slick, but not incredible or anything, and slickness is outperformed by B&M, Stirling, Reef Point, MWF etc for me. All of the soaps I just mentioned have as much or more cushion as well IMO.
The post shave that is raved about, I don't really get, and again, Tallow soaps do a better job for me, especially soaps with lanolin in them. B&M, Stirling, Mystic Waters, Reef Point and MWF all have better post shaves to me.
Cost is outrageous. I got them both as a birthday gift and I will definitely not be purchasing them again. $120++ for two soaps? Are you freaking kidding me? B&M, Stirling, Reef Point, Mystic Waters, Soap Commander, Tabac, etc all cost much less and I enjoy them every bit as much if not more.
I'm not overly thrilled with the containers, and in fact I find them quite cumbersome. I will wrap the containers once they are empty so they don't break in the garbage, and toss them out with the trash. I just do not want them, they are a total waste.
So there is all that. I will not be purchasing the soaps again. I will enjoy them until they are gone, and enjoy the scents/scent strength but thats it for me with these. I never got around to purchasing Verde and I will not do so in the future.

I really liked this soap and found it to be just excellent in performance and scents even though I only had two samples of it.
I, also, found the lather 'lighter/less substantial' than my tallow-based, but this wasn't a problem for me as it still was very good.
Nonetheless, I could not foresee myself buying it as I just find it overly expensive considering there are many other soaps I find just as good for a fraction of the cost. Furthermore, not offering refills is a significant drawback.

Same here Celestino. I like the soaps but I also don't foresee myself repurchasing; not at this price.
Kudos to Gareth for bringing this to us, if it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't even try it. I hope Nuavia offers a refill at a more reasonable price in the future.
The lather is not the same with the lather we get from some great tallow artisan soaps, no doubt on that.
The fact that the maker recommends 20-30 swirls means nothing to me.
If you do two passes for example, like I do, and you use the excess lather, 20-30 swirls are not enough. I have a full and tough beard and I want a protective lather when I shave.
I read somewhere that the maker said that 40 swirls make a divine lather. In my honest opinion, after having tried the soaps too many times the last year with different brushes and different lathering techniques, you make a divine lather when you do 80+ swirls. But again, it's not like making lather with a Dapper Dragon soap for example, it's not that easy. You have to pay attention to the product-water ratio, otherwise you will have to load your brush again.
That huge price increase was the biggest mistake they could do. And they do not even offer refills. Do they want me to buy the bowls again? For what reason?
They started with really promising plans about the Nuavias, now I do not really know what to say.
I will just enjoy my shaves until I finish them.
