Been acquiring this for some time. Gotta tell y'a, it's great. Great lather. Great scent. Along the way have found some NOS Old Spice Boar brushes. Guess what? After 40 years or so, they don't stink. Soak them for 1/2 hour and they're just like off the baby pig. Heh!

I love the artisans. I have too many of them too.

But it is still amazing to me that back in the day they could mass produce such a high quality soap for short money.

Shave on.

I'm sure you have tried the original Shulton formula of the Old Spice splash? I picked up a vintage decanter of this stuff locally for about $12, and WOW is it fantastic!!

Vintage Old Spice soap is amazing.

It's just a shame that it smells like Old Spice.

My wife would say we all smell like her father. It is my favourite scent and she just won't come near me when I have it on.
When I die, I want to go like Gramps, quiet in his sleep - Not screaming like the passengers riding in his car.

someone a few years back sent me an old spice boar brush.  I can't remember the person's name, but it was a user who was on DFS when it was around a few years back before it was taken offline for 3 years..

here it is between the omega and kent brush:
