New Wolfman WR3?

Use of AC blades in safety razors only goes back to 2009, and for much of that time it was only one razor (the original Cobra). Gem-style blades go back 100+ years and nearly from the start were used in razors sold by multiple brands.

Yep, I have tons of them with the earliest being from Circa 1887. Takes a Wedge OR SE Gem blade !

The ribbed-back disposable blades came out around 1905-08. Earlier razors may be able to be made to fit them, but they weren't made for them.

Obviously and why I said it takes a wedge but CAN take a Gem blade

That is a sizeable razor head.  The top cap screams "blank canvas!"  I bet someone with an artistic flair, some talent and some engraving tools could do some wonderful custom, aftermarket work on that head.  What about skeletonizing it for those that think its too much steel?  Maybe it would be a blasphemy to do such a thing to a Wolfman but I think it would be cool - and thats a ton of shiny real estate up there just dying to get scratched up.

ouch  - thats why I threw in "some talent" - you'd have to get a pro to do it.  I'm surprised we don't really see it.  There was some nice stuff done back in the day and if you've ever seen that gold Gillette set that Ryan of T+S has in his collection you can get an appreciation for what's possible when you own the company and money is no object.  The minor trend of custom colouring with ceracotes seems to have come and gone so maybe engraving is next?

I want that so bad.

Feeling relieved it's not a new adjustable... so I can gladly sit this release out.

Just a random observation: I tried visualising this WR3 head with all his other handles and
my feeling is that the WRH2 (pictured) would be the only one that suits it.

I concur T28, I tried to visualise handle 3, meh, 2 is the way
