Hi folks. I am new, both as a member here and to the world of straight razors. I recently picked up a Boker at an antique store and am trying to find out more about it. I have seen the various tree stamp charts but keep second guessing myself. I have looked extensively and not found another exactly like this one. I believe it may be 1924-35. Any help, affirmation or information would be very much appreciated.

Look up "Boker Tree Brand" if you haven't yet. That's what it says on the handle. That and the Silver Steel Etched into the blade should help get closer to a confirmation.

That's all the help I can give you but it looks to be in very decent shape. Nice score!

Thanks man. I have looked at the charts and think I am in the right range date-wise. Just hoped for some affirmation and maybe some more background on it.

Are you planning on cleaning it up and honing it to shave with? Looks like it's in good condition for it...

That is the plan. First foray into straight razors so I plan to send it off for a good honing.

This is the one that led me to believe 1924-35
