Wow. Never saw that Led Z cover. Nearly 100 people on stage, fantastic vocals, guitar and drums. I got goose bumps and tears watching this (so did Led Z!). Maybe the best cover of that song (even better than Adam Lambert) ever done. Thanks for posting.

FWIW I had no idea that Adam Lambert covered it, and I still haven’t found the cover, although I’d like to hear it.

The accords I build are inspired by fond memories. And I feel like music goes hand in hand with that experience. So, I put together a Spotify playlist to mirror the part of me I put into Bufflehead. Have a listen. I hope you enjoy.

Great song selection - we have many artists/songs in common.
IMHO ... I like to skip right to about 6:20 and start there - 6:20 is shortly before the band explodes, and the opening bores me but hey, that's just me.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
Here are two in honor of the holiday. The first is one I encountered about 25 years ago at the original Pat Troy's Irish Pub in Alexandria, VA. Pat's was a guaranteed "good time" place. There was always an over-packed meat rack section, and then the main dining room and stage. The dining room / stage area was an inter-generational venue - grandparents to toddlers - albeit a venue where patrons were forewarned to expect "songs that you don't hear in Sunday School". Here is one, not bawdy, but very genuinely in the Irish folk tradition. I am grateful that my wife and children remember it too.

The second is a simple rendition of Danny Boy, sung by one of my personal favs, the tragically late, and IMO very great, Eva Cassidy.

Happy St. Patrick's Day, and the very best to each of you!
