reopening this for now, but if it starts turning into a troll fest, we'll offer warnings, then temporary bans, if needed.

Thanks for re-opening!   I just want to be able to discuss the ZT3 knot here (which I'm loving).   Since I don't know much about that other drama, I just stay out of it and just judge the products for their quality and performance (and I love both Mozingo and Declaration brushes, so no bias).

Please let's behave, guys.  Otherwise, we won't have a place to discuss Mozingo knots.

Want to be clear going forward. Do you consider the truth to be trolling? Do you consider intentional inaccuracies at the expense of an artisan to be trolling?

I saw these posted on social media and had to share the pics. One for every day of the week!

Where's the originality? Those are carbon copies of Wolf Whiskers "Raptor" shape.

Haha, so how about your first shave impressions of the ZT3?

My first use with ZT3 pretty much opened the "heavens" for me.   INCREDIBLE face-feel when doing a face lather.  I have heard multiple times about the "wall of badger" effect that people at times spoke about but I had never experienced it until my first use with ZT3 knot.  Feels like the softest of pillows is rubbing your face like a single 3-inch hair is over your face vs 25K individual badger hairs.  In a nutshell, is just the most luxurious feeling knot I have experienced on my face.

Tips seem a bit white/bleached and seem this will turn to a gelly knot (not as gelly as my latest paladin which dries like a rock, but about 5/10 in gel potential)

Backbone is also perfect for my taste, no problem spaying while not being soft either.

Lather releases effortlessly.

I'm trying to find a fault on this knot and to be honest, I can't.   I don't want to sound like a Hype Monster, but on just one use, this instantly climbed to my num #1 spot of all my brushes,  is that good.

Now I want another ZT3,  I assume this hair will be VERY HIGHLY regarded in the community for sure and hope it doesnt run out of ZT3 too soon.

truth according to who, you?

I don't know their business dealings nor do I care to know the inner workings - that's between them. they can take it up with each other in PMs or emails or whatever.

Would love to read some comparisons between the ZT2 and ZT3. I have a beautiful ebonite handle that needs a knot Smile

herbert7890 what's the loft size on your brush? And I agree with your assessment. And even though I have a ZT2 I feel the same way.

Zt3 is like if 1 and 2 had a baby.

My zt3 is set at 48mm and is a 26mm brush. It’s a fantastic knot but I’m partial to zt2 so far. Zt2 was about as good as they get for me.

Glad you’re liking it. I’ve got about 3 uses on mine so far and it’s a great knot. More dense than a dec, closer to black eagle in that Dept.
