I applaud the makers mark on the bottom as to enjoy the handle in its fullest. At least a medallion doesn't fade with time and I personally rarely stare at the bottom of my brush when in use or stored away. You don't see a stamp in the middle of a Rembrandt painting now do you?

It’s been brought up before in threads now locked but there can be no infringement in a shape that Brett turned and posted pics of that predates anything I’ve seen from Scott. No doubt the shape pays homage to vintage Strongset and Ever-Ready designs but it’s not a copy of anything Scott ever turned.
