Mike's Natural Rose?

So, does anyone know anything about this? For a long time the rose scent was listed as in Beta on Mike's site, but within the last month that listing disappeared. Has anyone heard whether he is still planning on making this?

Mike has indicated to me that he has no immediate plans for anymore Bulgarian Rose.

That bums me out. But thank you for sharing the info.

Never heard of this, but as a Rose scented soap fan, it saddens me that I missed out.

It may have come down to cost. He went through multiple iterations and with the last he said he doubled the amount of rose absolute. This may have increased the cost to much that it was just not feasible for large production run. Just thinking out loud here.

You may be right (I suspected the same). But I was thinking if there was enough interest (i.e. Pre-sale / group buy) maybe we could see if he would be willing. I paid right around $40 for Eufros Rosa Bourbon and I would be willing to pay for a good soap using only rose absolute...Not sure if there enough of us out there though.

I am willing to pay more than double of usual price for a Mike's straight up Rose.

Ok. I'm going to send him an email to see if he is willing to consider a "limited edition-presale-group buy-exclusive." He might not be, but can't hurt to ask, I guess. Stay tuned. I'll report back when I hear something.
