I can't remember where or exactly which size the knot was, but I recall someone on here saying the knot was too floppy for them.

I read your review when I first looked at the brush Todd, but you know how reviews on manufacturer sites can be. I thought I would solicit an opinion from some of you guys just to get a more realistic analysis. I'm glad you mentioned it was you. :-)

I have only just started with badger brushes and my first ( and only) brush so far is my Thater 4125/3 silver tip 3 band. I think maybe I'll hold out a little longer and try a nicer 2 band next. Possibly a Shavemac. On the other hand, as cheap as that Maggards brush is, it's hard to pass up.
