do you bloom your LASSC soaps or load them dry? with my synthetic brush, my lathers are either very thin or airy..I haven't been able to get that creamy and slick lather that I can get with most of my soaps quite easily.

I have tried various ways to no avail; sub par lather for me no matter what. But they stay for the scent alone (Bespoke and Topanga Fougere). Haven't tried the black, later versions though.

So what's the trick? Or do you lather this up like you do any other soap?

I lather it like any other soap I soak my brush rinse all the excess water and I start loading and add a little water as necessary I get a good load and Lather away. I just pulled out a 28mm shavemac 2 Band and the LA shaving soap bespoke number 1 soaked the brush for a few minutes drained out excess water from the brush and started lathering right from the puck and all I can say is it lathered like a monster nice thick slick cream. Plus they use organic and really great ingredients I love it along with many other of my vegan soaps

I bloom it and use it like any other soap and it's one of my most consistent performers and at the top of my rotation.

I bloom them and then load the hell out of it.

Seems to take more water than normal for me. Slickness is average. Density is good. Post shave is a bit drying.

Thin & airy usually indicates that you need to load more soap.

Or load with slower swirls and less of a whipping action. But in my experience, vegan soaps just don't compare in quality of lather, slickness, post shave, etc. for me. One reason I have not tried LASSC and do not intend to.

Sounds like a "use more product" scenario.
