Of the new ones that I have tried, my top vote would go to L&L Grooming.

These two seem to get mixed up quite often, which can’t be good for either of them. (Or maybe it is, what do I know…)
Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

I've tried and enjoyed both.

Grandstaff Soap Co reopened with a new formula last year that is stellar. Veggie base with lanolin and butters, works very well for me using a straight.

Not sure they're new to you, but I have on the way:
B&M Latha Taiga
Fine Italian Citrus
Fine American Blend
Fine L'Orange Noir

Eufros/Jabonman has been around a while, but I understand Manuel has really upped his game in the last 12 months, including by adding many new scents and a tallow version. I have three of the modern soaps, and they really are wonderful. B&M and CRSW are two other veterans that have worked hard to improve their products, although I don't follow the new formulation game, by and large.
