I'm wondering if anyone has a source for a flat washer I can use between a razor head and handle, standard size.

Thanks.

It's sharp and it cuts. I like it...

Home Depot and Lowes. Stainless & Zinc plated. Stay away from the Zinc plated ones. A plumbing store will have them also, including brass.

I think it should be nylon/teflon or some other soft material so as not to leave a mark...

Any reason you are specifically looking for 8mm? Standard thread is m5 so I’d imagine that would be a better fit unless the application is non-standard. The closest imperial size is #10 which is something like 5.5mm. Here’s one from Home Depot: https://www.homedepot.com/p/Crown-Bolt-1...337983-_-N

My favorite fit are the M5X10X1 plastic washers. Great for different metals and prevents over tightening/pressure between metals. Great fit on most razors.

Try a hobby shop. Radio control vehicles require lots of small parts

Number Six, here's something I’ve been doing for a while; is this similar to the idea you have in mind?

Whenever I go to shave, I assume there’s someone else on the planet shaving, so I say “I’m gonna go shave, too.”

Would you consider posting a link? I went online and quickly got confused by the variety of washers available Smile
