Thoughts from the board on this legendary hand tied brush?

Excellent brush from an excellent manufacturer. That brush was going for a song of a price.

kooshman7 Yes sir, I know. I thought it was a super deal. That brush retails for $430. I had to pull the trigger. It is only 5 months old as well. I purchased it through eBay so if the product isn't as advertised or I don't get it then eBay gives you your money back. No risk there! Happy Shaving!

Not for that asking price. $430 for a shaving brush? That's insane, IMO.

Can't always tell from the pictures for certain, but it certainly looks to be in fine shape. Ebay does have your back too should it not be as described.

The price might be spendy yes, but from my personal experience it is worth the price should you spend for it. I have no adversion to buying a used brush as long as it looks to be in good condition, and info from the seller. Tremendous value to be had there. The great thing is there's plenty of wonderful options out there for any budget. Price alone isn't the ultimate deciding factor in a great brush thank goodness.

How was the first shave with it? I love my Chubby 2, there always comes a moment during the lather process (I face lather) when a bunch of warm water retained from the soak gets released onto the face.
