Preform just as good as others but without scent to set it apart it's meh.

That's weird. Latha Sandalwood has been called many things, but "weakly scented" has never been one of them. Where did you get it?

I got it from shave revolution.

definitely surprised that the scent is weak to you. I think I own 6 B&M soaps and they by far are the strongest scented of any soap I own, with maybe the exception of nuavia rossa.

Looks normal to me. I'm also surprised you say that the scent it weak. Sandlewood is pretty strong on the scent scale IMO.

A lot of pictures I see like the below where it's quite white. Have you tried any stirling or chiseled face soaps? Those are strong. I'd say my b&m is on the low end and it only last under a min. My soap commander Japanese grapefruit is similar, however the raspberry tea one I got for my sister had a strong smell. All the soaps preform good. I know scents weaken with age. My cella is now hard to smell its signature scent , so I'm probably going buy a new one. I do like the unique b&m sandalwood scent. Maybe if I have a spare change again I'll try another to see if mine was just old. Stirling s strength is so great I bought 3 5.8 ounce pucks in almond, cherry, and cocoa. I'd like to try one of the ?white label? It's more expensive and I'd be upset if it was weak too. Again pictures have me wondering if maybe scent was strong but my puck was old so it weakened

How do they compare to stirling or chiseled face? Those are my strong scent comparisons. They make the bathroom and parts of house smell like them for while after. Someone will walk in 10 mins later and be like ah so you used your black cherry today. Non of my other soaps have been that strong. I have tabac, fine soap, cella, godrej, mikes,Mitchell's,soap commander, caties bubbles, soapy bathman, tobs, la toja, castle forbes, dvh, p.160,paa,pdp, mdc, arko, derby, lea, Nivea, wsp,Williams, shaver heaven, and prorrasso. I'd guess that Maggard has super bright lighting when they took the picture. My Sandlewood looks just like the rest. They all look pretty close in color to me. Slight variations, but not that much.

If I'm following you correctly, you basically want to be able to smell your soaps throughout the house when you shave. Is that the level you're looking for?

That Bald Guy with the Big Beard

Color looks exactly like my sandalwood. Not quite tan but definitely not white. Generates a great, white protolather thiugh...

Regarding scent: it is not what I expected when ordering a sandalwood scent. It more deeply currant than anything else. Very fruity and sweet to my nose, with very little Amber and sandalwood in support, but not weak by any stretch.

Have you tried blooming and lathering it? Many times, this alone is enough to "wake up" a scent...
