Technically no rules are being broken as far as I can tell, so it comes down to personal opinion.

If you don't care where the product you sell ends up, sell it to whomever wants it. If this kind of "gear flipping" bothers you as a hobbyist, refuse to sell it to this person. There is nothing in the rules preventing either action...

You're correct---if you don't care about someone potentially taking advantage of your generous spirit. I do and would like to think that most members here and at other shaving fora, share this attitude.
Just because someone isn't breaking a rule, doesn't mean the behavior must be condoned. This goes beyond a libertarian attitude.

I agree. To me, it would depend on the sale. If I was really trying to help someone try something they haven't had a chance to try, I would be very cautious whom I sold to.

But sometimes you just want to make room or get some extra cash, and with those types of sales, I wouldn't care as long as I got my asking price.

There are situations that fit both ideals. I can see how it can go either way...
