I actually like that a lot. Awesome idea.

I don't really know; I have a fair assortment of them in my smithy.  
Just take the handle with you to the hardware store.  You'll find the size you need.

Good looking handle with your modification. And with the H&S Mixed Metal head, that's a sharp combo!
