I'm a new member from North Jersey. Not new to wet shaving. Started in 2015 when my wife bought me a brush and some real cream. A couple months later acquired a double edge razor in a PIF from a very generous member of another forum. And from there I fell down a very deep rabbit hole. I will say that I was recently banned from that large shaving forum for posting a picture that was political in nature. Because of that picture they banned me from one section of the site. I wasn't willing to be banned from anything so I created a second profile/screen name/account. My IP address gave me away and now I'm banned, most likely permanently. A simple warning would have stopped me from posting any more political pictures or posts of any sort instead of just banning me. Heavy handed monitors over there. And to think they even asked me to be a moderator at one point. I'm now a law abiding member of The Shave Den, Against the Grain and now this fine forum. I look forward to staying in good graces and having some interesting discussions about all things shaving, as well as other topics of interest.
