Welcome Weagle; it's good to have you at DFS. As for what to post, take a look at the forums and threads that you have an interest in. We can be a pretty freewheeling bunch when it comes to our interests in shaving and beyond.

Soap Commander is awesome stuff. I used Vision yesterday morning.
As far as favorite current gear...I don't get real fancy. My favorite razors are my Fatboy, Muhle R41and a Red Tip. I also like the new Maggard razors a lot. As for blades, I usually rotate GSB's, Lab Blue's, Ladas, and Astra SS or SP. For soaps, I am a big fan of Stirling, Route 66, WSP, Razorock, PAA, etc....way too many good ones out there. Brushes...I'm on the synthetic train with Stirling, Razorock and Maggard. I admire the more expensive gear, but I keep it simple.

You and I share similar taste! I just recently picked up some PAA/CK soaps but I really enjoy them and they have a huge selection [actually Douglas Smythe CaD314 from PAA is fairly active here as an artisan]. I haven't picked up Route 66 yet but they get a lot of good press here and need to add it to the list.
